What you will do

• Coordinate contractors and installations to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage purchase orders, logistics, and equipment hire while maintaining strict cost control.
• Execute end-to-end invoicing and payment processes for suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure all documentation and QA sign-offs are completed ahead of payment.
• Maintain high data accuracy across commercial systems and supplier records.
• Drive process improvements and automation to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
• Strong commercial and invoicing knowledge, including purchase orders and supplier payments.
• Experience coordinating suppliers or contractors in field service, construction, or installation environments.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel) for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities.
• Clear communication skills for stakeholder and contractor alignment.

Nice to have

• Experience with finance or CRM systems like SAP, Medius, or Salesforce.
• Automation capability using tools like Google Apps Script or Zapier.
• Industry experience in EV charging, energy, utilities, or construction.
• Knowledge of equipment hire processes.
