What you will do
- Oversee the end-to-end pipeline of high-power DC charging depot infrastructure deployment.
- Act as the main administrator for NEC short-form contracts, handling compensation events and payment assessments.
- Coordinate with DNOs and IDNOs to secure grid capacity and manage technical approvals for network upgrades.
- Manage civil contractors, electrical installers, and hardware partners to ensure alignment on scope and quality.
- Maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and procurement forecasting.
- Champion HSE best practices and ensure full compliance with CDM regulations across all sites.
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience in high-power DC rapid charging, utility-scale renewables, or heavy electrical infrastructure.
- Hands-on expertise in managing NEC contracts and commercial risk.
- Strong technical understanding of 150kW–400kW+ DC charging, BESS, and LV/MV distribution systems.
- Familiarity with DNO processes and contestable works.
- Formal certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent practical experience.
- Legal right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.
