Chief Of Staff

TL;DR

Chief Of Staff (Venture Capital): Work directly with the Founder & General Partner to drive strategic execution, fundraising support, investment operations, and ecosystem development with an accent on SPV/sidecar deal workflows and investor/fellowship coordination. Focus on building firm infrastructure in an early build phase while managing deal sourcing, reporting, and founder fellowship operations across UK, USA, and global markets.

Location: Remote (UK / USA time zones preferred)

Salary: $80K–$180K USD a year

What you will do

• Execute key strategic initiatives with the Founder & General Partner.
• Conduct research on startup ecosystems, emerging technologies, and venture opportunities.
• Support deal sourcing and manage the investment pipeline.
• Assist with deal-by-deal investments through SPVs and sidecar structures, coordinating with founders, investors, and legal teams.
• Support fundraising and investor relations, including LP outreach, investor communications, and syndicate coordination; prepare pitch decks, investment memos, and investor updates.
• Operate and grow the Founder Fellowship program and coordinate fellowship events, workshops, onboarding, and community initiatives; improve internal workflows and operational systems.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in startups, venture capital, consulting, or strategy roles.
• Experience with venture funds, SPVs, syndicates, or startup fundraising.
• Strong communication, research, and project management skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Background in finance, product, or startup operations.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally (preferred).
