What you will do

• Architect end-to-end integration solutions for complex enterprise environments including ERP, OMS, WMS, and TMS platforms.
• Design and build scalable data pipelines using messaging infrastructure and event-driven architectures.
• Develop and optimize agentic AI workflows using LangGraph and LangChain frameworks.
• Design microservices architectures and cloud-native deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Provide technical leadership and solutions architecture consultation during pre-sales and throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Mentor engineering teams and serve as the senior escalation point for complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or solutions architecture.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation technology.
• Hands-on expertise in data pipeline infrastructure (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS/SNS).
• Strong API engineering skills (REST, GraphQL) and microservices architecture experience.
• Practical experience building agentic AI workflows and LLM-powered applications.
• Must be able to travel up to 30% for customer sites and team locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise ERP/TMS/WMS platforms like SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, or Manhattan.
• Track record of building reusable integration frameworks or internal developer tools.
• Experience leading technical teams through platform transformations or monolith-to-microservices migrations.
• External thought leadership experience such as conference talks or technical publications.
