What you will do

Lead and mentor engineers in AI-first development methodologies and technical best practices.
Architect and scale AI-enhanced systems with strong security, performance, and scalability.
Integrate chatbot assistants, image-based diagnostics, automated content creation, LLMs, agentic workflows, and autonomous AI systems into production products.
Design and optimize AI-driven APIs and microservices connecting models, applications, and databases.
Implement observability and monitoring for AI application performance and proactive issue resolution.
Drive adoption of AI-powered engineering tools and rapidly test and iterate AI-driven features in an agile environment.

Requirements

3–5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years working with AI-powered applications or AI-integrated solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI applications using models or APIs such as Hugging Face, OpenAI, or Anthropic.
Proficiency with Microsoft development environments, including Visual Studio and VS Code, and cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
Strong understanding of AI model cost optimization, infrastructure scaling, and performance tuning.
Experience mentoring engineers and leading AI-first engineering transformations.

Nice to have

Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGPT.
Open-source AI contributions, AI research, conference participation, or other industry engagement.
Expertise in AI-powered UI/UX development and human-computer interaction.
Strong proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native AI deployments, and software testing.
