What you will do

• Drive discovery and translational projects by integrating scRNA-seq and spatial biology into the research pipeline.
• Design and execute lab-based research programs that bridge clinical observations with mechanistic hypotheses.
• Lead and contribute to technology teams focused on building out multiomics capabilities for foundational models.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Biomarker, and Regulatory teams to shape clinical trial design and biomarker plans.
• Represent translational science on life cycle and BioPharma business development teams.
• Mentor and lead a team of scientists and contractors, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Cancer Biology, Molecular/Cellular Biology, Immunology, Bioengineering, or a closely related field.
• 6+ years of post-Ph.D. experience in oncology translational research within biotech or pharma.
• Hands-on experience with single cell genomics, spatial transcriptomics, or multiomics platforms.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs and influencing without authority.
• Strong publication and/or patent record reflecting independent scientific contribution.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
