What you will do

• Act as the scientific technical lead for client meetings regarding preclinical PDX opportunities.
• Define client scientific requirements and develop study designs and protocols in accordance with IACUC guidelines.
• Monitor ongoing study data, identify adverse events, and communicate findings to sponsors.
• Manage studies involving immuno-oncology and hematological components, including ex-vivo analyses.
• Perform statistical analysis of study data and prepare final reports with proposed next steps.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Operations teams to coordinate projects from initiation to completion.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Ph.D. degree in chemical or biological science preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in pre-clinical research or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of in vivo oncology models (Xenograft/PDX).
• Scientific expertise in molecular biology techniques such as cell-based assays, ELISA, PCR, and IHC.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical software like GraphPad Prism.

Nice to have

• Experience with analyzing flow cytometry data.
• Understanding of preclinical drug development processes.
