What you will do

• Design and execute IRB protocols from initial design through approval and enrollment launch.
• Build cross-functional research infrastructure in partnership with Clinical Operations, Product, and Data teams.
• Draft white papers, conference abstracts, and contribute to peer-reviewed publications.
• Manage research datasets, perform quality control, and maintain dashboards to monitor study progress.
• Coordinate consent processes and patient enrollment for high-priority clinical studies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a health-related field (PhD welcome).
• Proven experience owning the operational execution of prospective clinical research.
• Track record of research writing, specifically conference abstracts.
• Experience working within digital health or health tech environments.
• Operational data fluency, including use of data tools and AI to build efficient workflows.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Background in nutrition, metabolic health, or cardiometabolic conditions.
• Clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience building research infrastructure from scratch in ambiguous environments.
