What you will do

• Design and perform experiments supporting R&D projects across NGS, Molecular, Cytogenetics, and Biochemical Genetics platforms.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to validate and transfer tests into clinical diagnostic workflows.
• Plan and execute R&D strategies in coordination with the Product Development Team.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare validation materials in strict adherence to regulatory agency requirements.
• Perform clinical tests and assist in the training of external team members.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Biological Sciences with 5+ years of industry experience or equivalent.
• Extensive expertise in NGS and molecular biology techniques.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven success in creating and managing technical documentation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues during test design and optimization.

Nice to have

• Programming skills and knowledge of Bioinformatics.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
