Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, NC (onsite 3-4 days per week; 25-50% travel anticipated)

What you will do

• Lead experimental design and bioanalytical method development using biological samples for clinical, forensics, and doping analysis.
• Create scientific documentation including application notes, white papers, and blogs to support marketing and sales efforts.
• Provide technical application support, training, troubleshooting, and product demonstrations for customers.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to influence the development of new products based on customer needs and market insights.
• Deliver technical presentations and lead interactive workshops at scientific meetings and tradeshows.
• Train customers and sales teams on best practices for using hirify.global systems and consumables.

Requirements

• Ph.D. degree in bioanalytical chemistry, analytical chemistry, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in the analysis of analytes in biological fluids.
• 2+ years of experience working with the analysis of large molecules (oligos, biomolecules, peptides) in biofluids by LC/MS/MS.
• Extensive hands-on experience with LC/MS/MS systems and practical knowledge of sample preparation for complex biological matrices.
• Superior technical writing and oral presentation skills in English.
• Ability and willingness to travel 25-50% to customer sites and tradeshows.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Bioanalytical, CRO, Clinical, or Forensic testing workflows.
• Experience with laboratory automation platforms.
• Knowledge and experience with analytical tools used in omics and biomarker discovery.
• Experience managing technical projects and laboratory personnel.
