TL;DR

Director, Revenue Operations (SaaS): Leading the revenue operations function to scale commercial performance across sales, marketing, and customer success with an accent on CRM architecture, forecasting methodology, and data-driven strategy. Focus on building a high-performing operational team, optimizing the full revenue lifecycle, and integrating AI to drive efficiency and analytical precision.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Nashville, TN (Hybrid)

Salary: $220,000 - $240,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Define and execute the multi-year Revenue Operations vision and strategy aligned with company revenue goals.
  • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team spanning analytics, CRM administration, and process design.
  • Optimize the full revenue factory from lead generation through closed won to renewal and expansion.
  • Own all revenue technology platforms, including Salesforce, ensuring the stack enables commercial performance.
  • Partner with the CFO and sales leadership to design compensation, territory, and quota-setting processes.
  • Lead AI and technology strategy to automate routine work and scale operational precision across the organization.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of progressive experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analytics.
  • 5+ years of experience building and leading Revenue Operations organizations at scaling SaaS companies.
  • Mastery-level expertise in Salesforce, revenue analytics, and forecasting methodology.
  • Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and represent Revenue Operations with executive presence.
  • Deep expertise in compensation design, territory planning, and CRM architecture.
  • Must be able to travel to Nashville, TN for company-wide events.
