Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Nashville, TN (Hybrid)
Salary: $220,000 - $240,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Define and execute the multi-year Revenue Operations vision and strategy aligned with company revenue goals.
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team spanning analytics, CRM administration, and process design.
- Optimize the full revenue factory from lead generation through closed won to renewal and expansion.
- Own all revenue technology platforms, including Salesforce, ensuring the stack enables commercial performance.
- Partner with the CFO and sales leadership to design compensation, territory, and quota-setting processes.
- Lead AI and technology strategy to automate routine work and scale operational precision across the organization.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of progressive experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analytics.
- 5+ years of experience building and leading Revenue Operations organizations at scaling SaaS companies.
- Mastery-level expertise in Salesforce, revenue analytics, and forecasting methodology.
- Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and represent Revenue Operations with executive presence.
- Deep expertise in compensation design, territory planning, and CRM architecture.
- Must be able to travel to Nashville, TN for company-wide events.
