TL;DR

Director, Marketing Operations (Marketing Technology/Systems): Lead and scale marketing operations across hirify.global and SiteDocs by building the marketing technology stack, lead lifecycle systems, automation, and reporting infrastructure with an accent on scalable governance, cross-system execution, and data-driven visibility into pipeline impact. Focus on designing end-to-end funnel operations, driving complex integrations and platform projects, and improving speed and efficiency of global marketing execution.

Location: Remote

Salary: $129,400–$161,800 USD annually

What you will do

  • Own and optimize the marketing technology stack across both brands, ensuring integrations and scalable alignment with marketing, sales, and partner workflows.
  • Design and manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle (capture, routing, scoring, and marketing-to-sales handoff), including partner lead-sharing frameworks and customer removal from inbound pipelines.
  • Oversee marketing automation execution for email campaigns, nurture tracks, and lifecycle programs with proper segmentation, tracking, and performance measurement.
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting infrastructure, tracking pipeline contribution, campaign performance, and marketing ROI.
  • Lead cross-functional systems projects such as platform migrations, integrations, reporting infrastructure, and lead management improvements.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Systems.
  • Experience leading and developing marketing operations or marketing technology teams.
  • Deep expertise with Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce, including marketing automation and lead management.
  • Proven ability to build marketing dashboards, reporting frameworks, and attribution models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
