What you will do

• Coordinate customer expedite requests and provide scheduled ship dates.
• Manage order priorities at fulfillment centers based on demand, supply status, and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and detailed planning reports.
• Partner with Sales teams to provide visibility on order status and identify potential supply risks.
• Refine planning and scheduling processes between the company and key manufacturing partners.
• Drive the achievement of quarter-end shipping goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of planning or scheduling experience in a related industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant field.
• High English proficiency (oral and written) is required for daily interaction with US-based customers and partners.
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to build new processes and tools as a subject matter expert.
