What you will do

• Lead end-to-end proposal management for multiple concurrent federal solicitations including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Enforce full solicitation compliance through detailed matrices and strict adherence to Section L/M instructions.
• Drive writing and content development for technical, management, staffing, and past performance volumes.
• Develop and evolve reusable content libraries and past performance repositories to streamline future bids.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams of SMEs, writers, and pricing specialists, leading color team reviews.
• Direct proposal production, formatting, and final delivery ensuring on-time submission.

Requirements

• 5+ years of federal proposal management experience with a technical/IT focus.
• Four-year degree from an accredited university.
• Strong command of Shipley proposal methodologies or equivalent.
• Proven experience writing, editing, and managing compliant federal solicitation responses.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Must be based in or able to work in Fairfax, VA to support the hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and/or Intelligence Community (IC) proposals.
• Experience operating in both prime and subcontractor proposal environments.
