What you will do

• Oversee patient management from registration through database validation and cleansing.
• Provide telephone support for patients regarding appointment booking, rearrangements, and cancellations.
• Perform ongoing data audits and list validations to ensure all patients are correctly accounted for.
• Liaise with healthcare stakeholders, including GPs, practice nurses, Diabetologists, and Obstetricians.
• Coordinate with Hospital Eye Services to track referred patients and ensure their return to the screening programme.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel skills for data management.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and maintain effectiveness under pressure.
• Minimum of 2 GCSEs (Grades A-C) in English and Maths or equivalent.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK is mandatory.
• Ability to undergo a standard DBS disclosure check.
