What you will do
- Own long-term customer LTV as the core KPI and set the overall lifecycle and retention strategy.
- Operationalize personalization and segmentation to ensure the right message reaches the right customer at the right time.
- Embed AI into flows, reporting, and creative generation to multiply team output.
- Lead and develop a team of three, including a Director of Subscriber Experience.
- Test and scale new 1:1 channels such as Direct Mail, Instagram DM, and WhatsApp.
- Partner with Ecommerce, CX, Performance, and Brand teams as the cross-functional voice of LTV.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle, loyalty, or subscriber marketing.
- 5+ years of leadership experience, including managing at least one Director-level direct report.
- Proven experience as a senior leader (VP or Sr. Director) at a high-growth subscription DTC business.
- Quantifiable track record of improving primary LTV or retention metrics at scale.
- Deep fluency in subscription mechanics (SKIO, Recharge, Ordergroove) and hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Postscript.
- Practical experience using AI in production to automate flows, reporting, or personalization.
