What you will do

• Lead discovery and qualification with senior stakeholders to uncover business priorities, workflows, and success metrics.
• Design and run pilots, workshops, and demos with explicit success criteria to prove technical and business value.
• Translate business needs into clear solution approaches and customer-facing recommendations.
• Own the transition from signed deal to first live workflow to ensure rapid onboarding and behavior change.
• Identify expansion opportunities within strategic accounts to unlock further value and broader adoption.
• Build reusable solution patterns, validation frameworks, and playbooks to improve quality at scale.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, pre-sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience in SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology environments.
• Proven ability to conduct deep discovery and deliver tailored demos to senior stakeholders.
• Experience bridging the gap between pre-sale validation and post-sale early adoption.
• Must be based in Europe.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a builder mindset with a bias for action.
