Salary: $163,368 - $204,210

• Lead the development and execution of core strategic action plans, including defining structure, budget, and staffing.
• Provide leadership, financial accountability, and directional oversight to region-wide partnership initiatives.
• Build and sustain cross-functional collaborations and trust-based relationships with key external stakeholders.
• Contribute to corporate strategy formation and optimize resource allocation within the department.
• Represent the organization in industry forums, boards, and committees to promote the brand.
• Mentor and coach staff to identify capability gaps and prioritize professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 12+ years of experience in a related leadership role.
• 6-10 years of managerial experience planning and organizing resources.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in program development and implementation.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, budget design, and public speaking.
• Ability to commute to Staples, MN, and the surrounding region at least 2-4 times per month.
