What you will do

• Promote and sell a full range of flow control products, including industrial control, on-off, and safety valves, as well as actuators and controllers.
• Conduct customer visits to assess technical needs and provide tailored flow control solutions.
• Perform valve sizing and selection to provide accurate product recommendations and technical support.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and delivery terms, and actively follow up to close orders.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strong, long-term customer relationships within the region.
• Analyze market insights and prepare monthly sales reports on pipeline and performance.

Requirements

• Trade Test, Diploma, or Degree in Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role.
• Hands-on experience in valve sizing, quotation preparation, and order closing.
• Strong technical knowledge of valves, actuators, and pumps.
• Fluent in English.
• Comfortable with extensive regional travel (approximately four days per week).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Pulp and Paper, Food & Beverage, or Power Generation sectors.
