Account Manager

TL;DR

Account Manager (Client Relations): Managing client accounts and overseeing Virtual Assistant performance to ensure high satisfaction and operational efficiency with an accent on client retention and worker productivity. What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and conduct regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor worker productivity, quality of work, and task completion against defined KPIs.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions for Virtual Assistants.
• Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Coordinate with recruitment and oversee the onboarding and training alignment for new VAs.
• Maintain documentation of client needs and ensure all SOPs are followed.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, account support, or operations.
• Must be based in South Africa.
• Availability during EST business hours is required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools.
• Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
