What you will do

• Coordinate and present product demos, gathering client requirements to tailor pre-configurations.
• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process from initial sales kick-off to full product adoption.
• Own the strategic planning and execution of onboarding roadmaps aligned with customer business objectives.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and blockers to keep onboarding projects on track.
• Oversee training strategies and facilitate sessions to ensure users maximize product utility.
• Measure and report onboarding success using metrics such as time-to-go-live and user adoption rates.

Requirements

• Expert level German and fluent English proficiency required.
• At least 2 years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS or HR software.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles focused on customer experience and retention.
• Strong analytical skills to identify challenges and develop business-driving solutions.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment with an ownership mentality.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certifications.
• Previous experience in Sales or Customer Satisfaction roles.
