Salary: €20,000–€30,000 per year

What you will do

• Facilitate multidisciplinary Agile teams to ensure effective delivery.
• Identify and resolve impediments to maintain project momentum.
• Configure and analyze Agile metrics to track performance and quality.
• Promote Agile best practices and support team maturity.
• Anticipate risks and dependencies to ensure predictable project outcomes.
• Collaborate with development teams to support technical decision-making.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar Agile role.
• Scrum Master certification (PSM I or CSM) required.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon, Portugal.
