What you will do

• Manage the development and delivery lifecycle of professional learning products across multiple projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including SMEs, designers, and external vendors.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and performance dashboards.
• Oversee contracts and relationships with external consultants and vendors.
• Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to established standards.
• Track budgets and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to The Hague, Netherlands.
• Proven experience in project or production management within complex environments.
• Experience delivering learning or educational content at scale.
• Strong ability to work in matrix or cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
