What you will do

• Lead and manage Technical Delivery teams, including project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and implement Technical Delivery plans aligned with business objectives and technological goals.
• Ensure delivery activities are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Implement best practices for project management, including agile methodologies and tools.
• Manage risks, resolve issues, and maintain effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate across departments to align technical delivery with broader business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, AI, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI, project management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex AI projects and teams.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
