What you will do

• Run agile delivery cadences including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, while owning backlog planning and end-to-end delivery tracking.
• Manage platform operations including monitoring, alerting, incident response, problem management, and post-mortems.
• Own audit documentation and evidence management for frameworks such as ISO 27001, Financial ITGCs, and the EU AI Act.
• Define and implement processes that enable other business units to adopt the AI platform safely and at scale via self-service models.
• Champion AI-first ways of working by automating delivery, operations, and audit workflows using AI tools.
• Potentially take on people leadership responsibilities for members of the Central AI team.

Requirements

• Proven Agile delivery management experience within a technical engineering environment.
• Solid background in platform operations, monitoring, and SRE-style practices.
• Demonstrable experience handling audit and compliance evidence (ISO 27001, ITGCs, or comparable frameworks).
• Experience working cross-functionally with Security, Compliance, Privacy, and Legal teams.
• Genuine knowledge of AI systems and the ability to build hands-on AI workflows.
• Must be based in or able to work from Tallinn or Tartu, Estonia (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP AI or Vertex AI platforms.
• Exposure to platform onboarding and self-service operating models.
• Experience automating delivery and operations workflows using AI tooling.
