Technical Support Engineer (AI)

Location: Fully remote within UTC-3 to UTC-8 time zones; occasional travel for team offsites, conferences, and meetups is expected.

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Act as the front line for customer requests and help developers solve technical problems.
• Debug, report, and ship scoped fixes for bugs and regressions.
• Turn recurring support tickets into permanent fixes through documentation, product pull requests, and agent improvements.
• Train and improve the AI support agent by refining prompts, adding tools, and running evaluations.
• Create guides and examples that demonstrate hirify.global capabilities.
• Build customer relationships, identify product issues, and advocate for customer needs.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of technical support or customer success experience.
• Ability to help developers solve problems and perform under customer pressure.
• Experience scaling support at a high-growth company through automation and AI.
• Experience improving email deliverability.
• Availability to work within UTC-3 to UTC-8 time zones.
