AI Technical Support Specialist

hirify.global is building a serverless open-model inference platform that provides access to tens of thousands of open-source AI models without infrastructure overhead.

What you will do

• Provide first-response support through website live chat, Discord, and email.
• Diagnose and resolve developer API issues, model behavior questions, and inference problems.
• Manage Discord discussions, welcome users, publish model and incident announcements, and keep conversations active.
• Own issues through resolution, escalate platform and inference bugs to engineering, and close the loop with users.
• Track user requests, friction points, and churn signals, then report actionable insights to Growth and Product.
• Create canned replies, help-centre documentation, and AI-assisted workflows to improve support efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, community management, or developer relations; adjacent and self-taught experience is considered.
• Hands-on experience with open AI models locally, on a GPU, or through an API.
• Familiarity with Llama, Qwen, Mistral, DeepSeek, SDXL, and quantization concepts.
• Ability to debug malformed API requests and discuss sampler settings and model personality with creators.
• Excellent written English with concise, warm, and clear communication.
• Ability to work independently across time zones and use AI tools without reducing support quality.

Nice to have

• Experience with Discord-native, creator, roleplay, character-AI, or creative-AI communities.
• Public history of helping users through forums, GitHub issues, Discord, or Stack Overflow.
• Experience writing documentation or help-centre content.
• Knowledge of a second language.
