What you will do

• Design, implement, and operate the securities and dealing compliance framework, including MNPI and conflicts controls.
• Provide authoritative technical advice and approvals to employees and executives on securities compliance.
• Build and maintain restricted-information and conflicts registers with rigorous record retention.
• Lead issue identification, escalation, and remediation for securities and dealing control matters.
• Develop and deliver effective compliance training and periodic certifications for relevant populations.
• Support assurance and response to regulatory, audit, and internal review requests.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of deep expertise in securities and dealing compliance, ideally with cross-border exposure.
• Strong technical command of MNPI, conflicts controls, and personal-account dealing.
• Hands-on track record of both designing and personally operating compliance processes in fast-scaling environments.
• Proven ability to manage highly sensitive information and constructively challenge executives.
• Must be based in New York or Seattle.
• Experience in Hyperscalers, AI labs, or technology in-house is preferred.
