Item Analyst (Logistics)

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Fort Worth, TX. This role is a hybrid position requiring a mix of remote and onsite work at a hirify.global facility.

What you will do

• Manage and prioritize systemic action items to ensure timely resolution and operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, logistics, and supply teams.
• Oversee the repair life cycle of designated parts, including all pre- and post-repair actions.
• Analyze and manage Target Stock Levels (TSLs) to ensure optimal inventory availability.
• Monitor key inhibitors and provide leadership with actionable insights and solutions.
• Process and fulfill customer demands to support program requirements.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen to meet government security clearance requirements.
• Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience in inventory management, parts management, or program management.
• Proven ability to collaborate with customers and stakeholders to drive results.
• Experience with data analytics, tracking performance metrics, and executive-level presentations.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
• Knowledge of Risk & Opportunity Management.
• F-35 Supply Management experience.
• PBL Contracting and/or Measurement experience.
