What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year vision and strategy for agentic AI capabilities within TurboTax.
• Lead the technical development and launch of AI features, partnering with AI/ML engineers and tax experts.
• Set requirements for AI models, agent orchestration logic, and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Design and execute data-driven experiments and A/B tests to validate agent effectiveness and user trust.
• Influence roadmaps across senior leadership to ensure cohesive execution of agentic AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Mountain View, San Diego, or San Francisco, CA.
• 6+ years of experience delivering software products focused on platform, data-intensive systems, or AI/ML.
• Proven track record of shipping products using Generative AI, Conversational AI, or Agentic AI systems at scale.
• Strong technical hirify.globalion for system architecture, model capabilities, and APIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
