What you will do

• Plan, implement, and track specific parts of the game project to reach production objectives.
• Manage communication and act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, provide regular overviews, and forecast potential deviations from the plan.
• Conduct regular quality reviews of completed work to ensure it meets project standards.
• Identify and analyze project risks and priorities, suggesting and monitoring alternative solutions.
• Collaborate with other managers to motivate team members and encourage creativity.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in project and people management.
• Ability to create project planning, reports, and contingency action plans.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with planning, monitoring, and communication tools.
• Excellent command of English.
• Genuine interest in the video game development industry.
