What you will do

• Oversee complex cross-discipline feature teams and project roadmaps.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to establish and deliver feature goals on time.
• Manage resource requirements, dependencies, and priorities.
• Evaluate and iterate on development processes to improve quality and efficiency.
• Mentor and coach team members, including managing direct reports.
• Coordinate communication channels and dependencies across multiple feature teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a producer or project manager capacity across full-cycle projects.
• Proven experience steering game production through all stages of development.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience managing external and publisher stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrable experience in short and long-term scope and capacity management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in cross-platform development environments.
• At least 2 shipped AAA game projects.
• Experience with tools like AzureDevOps, Hansoft, or JIRA.
• Relevant university degree or project management certifications.
