What you will do

• Build and improve scalable asset production pipelines across internal teams, external vendors, and co-development partners.
• Manage and mentor Associate Producers responsible for tracking content disciplines such as environment, characters, animation, and audio.
• Define clear workflows for asset intake, briefing, planning, tracking, review, and delivery.
• Standardize asset definitions and approval criteria across different content disciplines.
• Coordinate with external partners on content plans, feedback loops, and milestone handoffs.
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure content-related issues and integration needs are resolved.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in AAA game production or asset production.
• Proven track record of shipping multiple AAA or large-scale games.
• Experience managing large-scale content pipelines and a high volume of game assets.
• Strong proficiency with production tracking tools such as Jira.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Montreal office a minimum of 4 days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience with procedural content workflows or platform development.
• Background in art, animation, audio, technical art, or QA.
• Strong understanding of outsourcing and co-development review workflows.
• Experience building content dashboards or reporting systems.
