Senior Producer (Pillar) (AAA Game Development): Translating pillar priorities into sprint plans and delivery expectations while facilitating Scrum rituals and coordinating cross-pod execution across a large-scale AAA project. Location: Must be willing to work in our Montreal office a minimum of 4 days a week; must be legally authorized to work in Canada; must be willing to travel for business if necessary.

What you will do
- Translate pillar priorities into sprint plans, team commitments, and clear delivery expectations.
- Facilitate planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and cross-pod coordination rituals.
- Maintain visibility on progress, risks, dependencies, capacity, and delivery confidence.
- Keep backlogs clear, prioritized, and actionable with the Product Owner, pod leads, and craft directors.
- Identify blockers early and help teams resolve or escalate them effectively.
- Coordinate execution against production pipelines, milestones, and broader project goals while reinforcing collaboration and ownership.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in AAA game production, content production, asset production, or related production roles.
- Experience operating as a Scrum Master, agile producer, delivery lead, or senior producer supporting multiple teams.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid production approaches.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills to run productive meetings, clarify decisions, and drive alignment.
- Experience with sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, risk tracking, dependency management, and delivery follow-up.
- Must be willing to work in the Montreal office at least 4 days per week and be legally authorized to work in Canada.
