What you will do

• Build and maintain asset schedules, production plans, and milestone deliverables for a specific discipline.
• Track daily progress and ensure asset status accuracy using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Coordinate priorities between craft directors, product owners, producers, and pod leads.
• Facilitate communication across design, engineering, art, animation, audio, and QA departments.
• Identify risks and blockers, escalating them to production leadership to maintain delivery timelines.
• Refine asset workflows, pipelines, and communication habits through retrospectives and reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in game production, asset coordination, or project coordination.
• Experience supporting content teams or asset production for a specific discipline.
• Proficiency with JIRA or similar project management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to track multiple dependencies and deadlines.
• Interest in AAA game development and content pipelines.
• Must be based in or able to attend in-person interviews in Montreal, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with asset pipelines, review cycles, and delivery tracking.
• Understanding of agile production, sprint planning, and backlog tracking.
• Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Miro, Perforce, or Git.
• Background in a creative production discipline.
