What you will do

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the Conversations surface.
  • Lead complex initiatives spanning CRM, AI, and platform systems to improve agent efficiency.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to define and execute high-impact product bets.
  • Identify and deliver conversation-led expansion opportunities, including premium features and usage-based growth.
  • Influence cross-team roadmaps and priorities to ensure platform reliability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with GTM and Sales teams to close feedback loops and drive continuous product improvement.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in messaging, inboxes, communications, CRM, or support tools.
  • Proven track record of moving core business metrics like activation, TTP, CSAT, and retention.
  • Strong systems thinking ability, comfortable working across UX, backend services, and data models.
  • Excellent written and async communication skills for a distributed environment.
  • Experience operating at a Staff-level scope with cross-team influence.

Nice to have

  • Experience with omnichannel messaging (SMS, WhatsApp, email, chat).
  • Exposure to AI-assisted conversations or automation systems.
  • Background in B2B2SMB or agency-led SaaS models.
  • Familiarity with platform reliability and real-time systems.
