What you will do
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the Conversations surface.
- Lead complex initiatives spanning CRM, AI, and platform systems to improve agent efficiency.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to define and execute high-impact product bets.
- Identify and deliver conversation-led expansion opportunities, including premium features and usage-based growth.
- Influence cross-team roadmaps and priorities to ensure platform reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with GTM and Sales teams to close feedback loops and drive continuous product improvement.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Deep expertise in messaging, inboxes, communications, CRM, or support tools.
- Proven track record of moving core business metrics like activation, TTP, CSAT, and retention.
- Strong systems thinking ability, comfortable working across UX, backend services, and data models.
- Excellent written and async communication skills for a distributed environment.
- Experience operating at a Staff-level scope with cross-team influence.
Nice to have
- Experience with omnichannel messaging (SMS, WhatsApp, email, chat).
- Exposure to AI-assisted conversations or automation systems.
- Background in B2B2SMB or agency-led SaaS models.
- Familiarity with platform reliability and real-time systems.
