What you will do

• Lead the planning, management, and control of the annual studio budget and expenses.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and build scalable workflows and metrics for continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily premises operations, including infrastructure upgrades and workplace experience.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team covering Administration, Facilities, H&S, and Wellbeing.
• Ensure all studio operations comply with global T2/hirify.global policies and regional Spanish regulations.
• Act as the primary local contact for the implementation of global company projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or an MBA.
• Full professional bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• 8+ years of experience in Operations Management, ideally within a global tech or creative environment.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget planning and control.
• Proven leadership skills with a passion for talent development and inclusive management.
• Understanding of project management principles to deliver cross-functional initiatives.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working in the video game or tech industry.
• Familiarity with local Spanish labor regulations, H&S, or corporate facilities compliance.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) and automation technologies for operational efficiency.
