What you will do

• Lead and manage the Separation Service team, taking responsibility for Order Intake and EBITA.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for product lines including centrifuges and filter presses across environmental, food, chemical, and mining industries.
• Oversee Capital Sales and Order Intake for the Spain and Portugal markets.
• Act as the primary local contact and legal representative for hirify.global INGENIERIA, SA.
• Manage and motivate a multi-disciplinary team of 75-80 employees, fostering a culture of high performance.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management within industrial or service sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a growth-oriented environment.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and budget management experience.
• Regular travel for customer visits within Spain is a firm requirement.
• Degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• English language proficiency is required as the primary group language.
