TL;DR

Senior Strategy Manager, Customer Growth and Monetisation (Commercial/Growth): Leading the strategic development of customer revenue models and monetisation approaches with an accent on pricing, subscriptions, and loyalty propositions. Focus on developing robust commercial cases, optimizing lifetime value, and designing premium customer offerings.

Location: Hybrid in London (minimum 60% office attendance required)

Salary: £75K – £85K + Bonus

What you will do

  • Lead the strategic development of customer monetisation, including pricing, subscriptions, membership, and loyalty bundles.
  • Develop robust commercial business cases using customer insights and financial analysis to guide senior leadership decisions.
  • Define and design premium customer propositions and implement test-and-learn frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Product, Brand, Marketing, and CRM teams to enhance the communication of customer value and transparency.
  • Drive strategic improvements in customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Analyze external market trends and best practices to evolve the long-term revenue model.

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial strategy, pricing, or monetisation within consumer tech, travel, or fintech.
  • Proven track record of evolving revenue models such as subscriptions, memberships, or ancillary products.
  • Strong analytical skills in interpreting behavioural data, LTV modelling, and revenue economics.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex strategy into measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience navigating ambiguous commercial challenges while balancing CX and business performance.
  • Must be based in London to meet the hybrid office requirement (60% attendance).

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience running pricing or lifecycle experiments.
  • Background working within multi-market or marketplace businesses.
