What you will do

• Own the end-to-end GTM motion for the Open Benchmarks Grants (OBG) program, including design, launch planning, and execution.
• Develop and maintain a program calendar to ensure a steady cadence of research collaborations and releases.
• Collaborate with research leadership to drive OBG strategy and align GTM feedback with data offerings.
• Source new collaboration opportunities via research communities, conferences, and lab relationships.
• Translate research outputs into external market moments through campaigns, blogs, and conference activations.
• Partner with product marketing and content teams to package technical research for both technical and business audiences.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in developer relations, program management, partnerships, research operations, or technical marketing.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Redwood City or San Francisco, CA.
• ML/AI literacy sufficient to conduct credible discussions with researchers.
• Proven track record of building programs from the ground up and owning them end-to-end.
• Strong relationship-building instincts and cultural fluency in AI research communities.
