Senior Product Manager, Growth (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for growth, focusing on organic traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
• Lead the end-to-end process of hypothesis generation, design, execution, and analysis.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimental design in partnership with GTM, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Optimize site navigation, information architecture, and core user flows with UX teams for a frictionless experience.
• Ensure the corporate site effectively supports product launches and the overall customer journey.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in Product Management.
• Proven experience in product-led growth (PLG) or growth strategy.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Ability to communicate complex strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical skills to structure complex problems and inform decisions with data.
