TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Vienna, Austria (3 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of restaurants to drive significant month-over-month revenue growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Provide strategic support on positioning, revenue management, and online marketing.
  • Develop and implement promotional plans, including Festivals and YUMS, in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
  • Negotiate commercial conditions to optimize margins and increase seat occupancy.
  • Monitor compliance with quality policies and T&Cs to guarantee an excellent user experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent German and a good command of English.
  • At least five years of experience in Sales and/or account management.
  • Proven ability to conduct commercial negotiations and conversations over the phone.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management and commercial performance levers.
  • Ability to work on a hybrid basis in Vienna (3 days per week in the office).
  • Analytical and creative approach to proposing tailored customer solutions.

Nice to have

  • Experience pitching and selling promotions, deals, or flash sales.
  • Proven track record in sales retention.
  • Experience managing high-volume activity (20–50 daily calls) and large portfolios (300–800 accounts).
  • Background within the internet, digital, or tech sector.
