TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (AI): Driving adoption of a frontier AI platform within Canada's leading retail and commercial banks with an accent on strategic enterprise-scale deals. Focus on embedding AI into customer service, underwriting, risk, and back-office operations workflows.

Location: Must be based in Toronto, ON (Hybrid - 25% office attendance required)

What you will do

  • Manage a book of high-value accounts across Canadian retail banking, commercial banking, and consumer finance organizations.
  • Engage C-level and senior technical stakeholders to build business cases and navigate complex procurement and regulatory (OSFI) reviews.
  • Execute detailed account plans to convert strategic relationships into committed revenue.
  • Collaborate with Applied AI and Product teams to translate banking needs into product roadmaps.
  • Codify winning use cases and reference stories to scale the FSI motion across the organization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Toronto, ON.
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in retail or commercial banking.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas for complex technical products (API-first, Cloud, ML, or SaaS).
  • Experience building C-suite relationships within the Canadian banking sector.
  • Strong operational rigor in managing multi-stakeholder, long-cycle sales processes.

Nice to have

  • Experience bringing Generative AI or LLM products to large Canadian banks.
  • Deep familiarity with OSFI expectations and Canadian regulatory-driven procurement.
  • Existing relationships with the Big Six Canadian banks or major credit unions.
  • Experience selling with cloud partners such as AWS and Google Cloud.
