TL;DR

Delivery Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing the end-to-end customer journey from quote to renewal with an accent on operational excellence, licensing support, and revenue growth. Focus on building strong client relationships, driving upsell opportunities, and leveraging AI tools to optimize delivery workflows and customer outcomes.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Milwaukee, Wisconsin (3 days per week on-site)

Salary: $60,000–$90,000 USD (base + bonus)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end customer journey, including onboarding, renewals, and escalations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal account managers.
  • Coordinate with licensing specialists to provide technical support during the sales process.
  • Proactively identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Manage quoting, ordering, billing, and collections processes.
  • Utilize data and AI tools to track customer health and drive continuous improvement in resolution times.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US (excluding Hawaii)
  • Ability to work on-site 3 days per week in Milwaukee
  • 1-2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Operations, or Inside Sales.
  • Demonstrated practical application of AI to improve workflows or decision-making.
  • Understanding of quote-to-cash processes and licensing operations.
  • Strong consultative, communication, and project management skills.

Nice to have

  • Background in operational licensing or services.
  • Experience working within a matrix organization.
