TL;DR

Senior Director, Sales & Strategic Accounts (IT Solutions): Driving a performance-oriented sales motion prioritizing partner-led opportunities and net new customer acquisition with an accent on OEM partner alignment and strategic account growth. Focus on leading a team of Account Executives, optimizing pipeline quality, and expanding the adoption of the full services portfolio.

Location: Hybrid role based in the Philadelphia metro area; candidates must be located within reasonable driving distance of the Blue Bell office

What you will do

  • Own team quota attainment, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales performance.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with key OEM partners including Cisco, Dell, Microsoft, and Broadcom.
  • Develop a balanced pipeline strategy prioritizing partner-led opportunities and net new logos.
  • Directly manage high-value strategic accounts and carry an individual sales target.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives through active coaching and enablement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience in technology solutions, consulting, and managed services.
  • Demonstrated success leading sales teams and consistently achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong experience in a VAR, channel, or partner-led sales environment.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and close complex deals.
  • Must be located within reasonable driving distance of the Philadelphia metro area for in-person collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Experience in datacenter, cloud, cybersecurity, network, and modern workplace solution sales.
  • Solid understanding of AI as a tool for sales productivity and customer use-case selling.
  • Familiarity with leveraging partner programs, incentives, and co-selling models.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making and pipeline management capabilities.
