What you will do

• Collaborate with Architects to design D365 Field Service roadmaps tailored to various industry verticals.
• Lead functional and technical development for full-cycle implementations, including enhancements and upgrades.
• Manage project timelines and provide regular status updates to clients to ensure timely completion.
• Formulate implementation plans, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Create detailed design specifications and end-user documentation for client deployments.
• Travel up to 50% nationally and internationally to customer locations for on-site work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ full lifecycle project implementations of Dynamics Field Service.
• 4+ years of Dynamics CRM experience across multiple versions (2013, 2015, 2016, 365).
• 4+ years of professional consulting experience.
• Proficiency with Power Platform (Automate, Apps, Pages) and data migration/integration platforms.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder

Nice to have

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service.
• Dynamics 365 Enterprise/CRM certifications.
