• Manage a portfolio of customer repair claims from initiation to settlement.
• Conduct thorough indemnity investigations for all assigned claims.
• Coordinate with suppliers and in-house engineers to assess repairability and fulfill customer needs.
• Process accurate payments to customers and their representatives.
• Maintain high data integrity by recording all claim activities meticulously.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a naturally empathetic approach.
• Ability to make fast, informed decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa.
