What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of customer repair claims from initiation to settlement.
- Conduct thorough indemnity investigations for all assigned claims.
- Coordinate with suppliers and in-house engineers to assess repairability and fulfill customer needs.
- Process accurate payments to customers and their representatives.
- Maintain high data integrity by recording all claim activities meticulously.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a naturally empathetic approach.
- Ability to make fast, informed decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa.
- No visa sponsorship available.
