What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UK payroll, compensation, and benefits processes, ensuring timely delivery via an outsourced model.
• Manage multiple UK payrolls, owning inputs, controls, reconciliations, and year-end activities.
• Manage outsourced payroll providers to ensure strict SLA delivery.
• Partner with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless process integration.
• Act as the Workday and payroll data expert to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.
• Drive process improvements and ensure complete audit readiness and HMRC compliance.

Requirements

• Strong experience in a standalone or senior UK payroll role.
• Deep knowledge of UK payroll legislation, including PAYE, NI, and statutory payments.
• Proven experience managing outsourced payroll providers.
• Proficiency with HR/payroll systems (Workday ideally) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
