What you will do

• Support cost analyses, estimates, cost plans, and feasibility studies for construction projects.
• Assist with trade and elemental take-off and measuring quantities for variations.
• Manage risks related to changes and support expert advice on cost-effective construction methods and materials.
• Undertake site visits and complete valuations of work completed on site.
• Prepare cash flows and support client relations by helping establish client requirements.

Requirements

• Working towards an accreditation in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• 0–2 years of Quantity Surveying experience (current students accepted).
• Membership in an approved professional body (e.g., AIQS, RICS, CIOB).
• Knowledge of the local construction industry, including development, contracting, and consulting sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
