What you will do
- Lead property and asset management for a regional portfolio of approximately 1,000 property interests across multiple jurisdictions.
- Drive commercial outcomes for new acquisitions, freehold sales, leasehold disposals, lease surrenders, and restructuring.
- Conduct complex commercial property negotiations and dispute resolutions with developers, landlords, and local authorities.
- Manage costs and maximise income and sale proceeds to deliver strong commercial outcomes in line with budgets.
- Manage a network of property advisors to ensure high performance, value for money, and quality delivery.
- Coach and develop direct reports, including those working towards Chartered Surveyor qualification.
Requirements
- Chartered Surveyor qualification.
- Substantial property asset and management experience within commercial property portfolios (occupier, investor, or consultancy environment).
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills in property acquisitions, disposals, and lease management.
- Proven track record of leading property teams and building professional capability.
- Ability to manage large, complex portfolios with deep knowledge of relevant property legislation.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels through verbal communication and business case proposals.

- Experience operating within a complex corporate environment with multiple business units and matrix structures.
- Ability to manage a geographically dispersed property portfolio and balance competing priorities.
- Experience driving continuous improvement and implementing changes to processes and ways of working.
